Suzy is the personal assistant to Annie, the clinic director at skinInspire. Her role involves managing the director’s daily schedule, handling correspondence, organising meetings and events across the UK, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. With over 20 years of experience as a personal assistant and budget coordinator in a fast-paced industry, Suzy excels in calendar and travel management, budget planning, and payment processing.
As a crucial link between the director, staff, and patients, Suzy ensures the smooth operation of the clinic while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering excellent communication. Her organisational skills and problem-solving abilities contribute to an impeccable personal experience at SkinInspire, ensuring every visit leaves a lasting impression.
Kelly, our front-of-house receptionist at skinInspire, has been an essential part of our team since May 2021. As the first point of contact for patients, Kelly ensures a welcoming and efficient experience at our clinic.
She warmly greets patients, assists with check-ins, schedules and manages appointments, and maintains accurate patient records. Kelly is adept at handling phone calls, emails, and billing, ensuring the reception area is always inviting. She also coordinates with medical staff and the clinical director to facilitate seamless patient care.
Kelly’s excellent communication and organisational skills, combined with her empathy, patience, and attention to detail, enable her to manage multiple tasks and address patient needs effectively.
Tilly has been a senior body therapist at skinInspire since April 2023, specialising in advanced body treatments such as laser hair removal, exfoliation, lymphatic drainage, fat freezing, and HiFu. With a background in the beauty industry starting from age 16, including previous spa experience. Tilly is highly skilled in using cutting-edge equipment like lasers, radio therapy, and ultrasound therapy. She creates customised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, aiming to help them achieve their optimal goals.
Tilly’s role incorporates a holistic approach, blending wellness practices with aesthetic treatments, and she is dedicated to educating her patients. She loves connecting with patients and helping them feel confident, and she is thrilled to be a part of the fantastic skinInspire team.
