Dermal fillers can provide you with a more youthful facial appearance by adding volume to skin that has lost volume over time, and they can reduce the prominence of age-related lines on the lower face. A full facial rejuvenation is possible too. Similar results to a surgical facelift can be achieved through fillers. This particular type of dermal filler treatment is often referred to as a non-surgical facelift. In addition to rejuvenations, dermal fillers can subtly alter parts of your face. Note: Dermal filler treatment may only be performed after a face to face consultation. Initial appointments are consultations only. It will then be necessary to return for a separate treatment appointment, followed by a 2-4 week follow up.

Aftercare: Avoid touching the facial area for 6 hours post treatment. No make up for 6 hours. No alcohol, exercise, sun beds or saunas until the initial swelling has subsided – roughly 24 hours. Avoid facial procedures for 2 weeks. If you have treatment on your lips, we advise no kissing for 24 hours.
Dermal fillers will add a subtle, natural-looking volume to facial areas where the skin has lost volume over time, such as those dark circles under the eyes, and around the cheeks and temples giving you a more refreshed and enhanced look. They can also reduce the prominence of nasolabial lines, which run from the corners of the nose to the lips, and the marionette lines that run from the corners of the lips to the chin. Lip fillers will give you fuller, more luscious lips.
You’ll see the results of this treatment immediately, but due to the bruising and swelling that can occur as a result, you won’t be able to appreciate the full effects until after this has subsided; after 2-3 weeks of healing.
The dermal filler injections consist of hyaluronic acid. This is a substance that occurs naturally in the body. Once under the skin, it is designed to integrate with your own facial tissue to get natural looking result.
Annie will apply a local anaesthetic cream to the injection site beforehand to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during the treatment superficially, and within the syringe of filler is a medication called lidocaine® which will internally numb you, making you more comfortable.
